Wayne Knight guest stars as an editor of the medical journal that has published an article by Dr. Becker. The article features a creepy photo of someone else, so Becker is very upset and goes to the office of the journal to get it corrected. There he discovers that Wayne Knight is the one who put the bad picture in the article out of revenge for Becker ruining Knight's medical exam 25 years earlier.
