The plot involves grass being delivered to the wrong house due to an address mix up. The Stephenses' address number in this episode is 192, but in all other episodes, the address is 1164.
When Sam takes her daughter to her doctor's appointment, they leave and return to the house in Sam's Camaro which has wire wheel covers on it. Later on when Darrin & Sam are outside on the front lawn discussing the grass, Sam's Camaro, seen in the background still parked in the driveway, now has rally rims on it instead of wire wheel covers.
Since the beginning of the series, the Stephens' address always was 1164. But here, it's 192 that changes to 162 at the slam of the front door.
Darrin comes home in the dark evening to find the artificial turf has been put down. In the next scene he and Samantha comes out of the house in daylight.
When the camera does a reverse view from the Stephan's house onto the artificial lawn company truck you can see a large stone building across the street. It may be a church, but it definitely isn't the Kravitz's house.
Viewers learned from Mrs Kravitz in "In A Strange Little Visitor" (December 02, 1965) that the Kravitz House was across the street
from the Stephens House. However, Viewers watched Darrin and
Samantha walk past the Church on the Corner, past the Kravitz House
next door to the "I Dream Of Jeannie" (1965) House.
Meaning, viewers were told The Kravitz House was directly across the street from The Stephens only to watch The Stephens PROVE it is NOT.

When Samantha is answering the front door and the pancakes begin burning, Darrin enters the kitchen, and it appears that the pancakes are burned on the topside, too, before they're magically flipped over by Samantha.
When Samantha is backing the car out of the driveway, just before she stops and turns right, two crew members are visible in the car's door mounted rear-view mirror.
