The first stock footage of the American Airlines 727 is painted in their "Astrojet" paint scheme with the circular logo on the tail. The next three shots of the plane landing show a 727 in the later "Red, White, and Blue" paint scheme with the large "AA" on the tail. Finally, as people deplane, the older paint scheme reappears.
When the flight attendants look out of the window to see if Endora is still there, you can see wrinkles in the blue sheets used at the rear of the wing.
