First onscreen appearance of Melody McCord as a body double for Elizabeth Montgomery as she plays two versions of Samantha, the other being Endora disguised as Sam. A "body double" is someone with the same physical characteristics as a principal actor who is used to substitute for them during filming, such that the face is not shown. This is how two "Samanthas" (and later, Samantha and Serena) can be in the same scene without using a split screen.
Melody was also the "stand-in" for Liz Montgomery, taking her place while lighting, camera moves, and other production details were being worked out. She also appeared as an "extra" (background actor who might be a restaurant patron or shopper), but an excellent closeup of her can be found in Prince of a Guy (1968) where she plays Sleeping Beauty near the end of the episode.

The elderly gentleman who approaches Endora at the department store (while she is disguised as Samantha was Donald Foster, who had a semi-regular role on the sitcom "Hazel", on which he played Herbert Johnson, a neighbor of the Baxters, and half of the Johnsons, a nice but out-of-touch old couple who Hazel used to look out for. On that sitcom, Hazel and the Baxters lived in the house right next to the Bewitched home.
Endora purposely bungles Darrin's name twice: David, and later, Donald.
