Rawton and Boulton attend a funeral, where all manner of crooks and villains attend, including one notorious thief who's on day release.
I really did enjoy this, almost amusing, coupled with a pretty good crime caper story. There are a few chuckles, including Liz and John massacring a few hymns in Church, and Brownlow's list of old sayings. I felt if they'd added a few more laughs, it would have turned this into a classic.
There has been a definite change in the way they are concluding episodes, once again they deliver something of a twist at the end of this one.
Two of EastEnders finest appear here, Kacey Ainsworth and Perry Fenwick, they really do both fit the part of members of a criminal family.
It worked very well, 8/10.
