As Nick and Warrick are assessing Wendy Garner's travel path and find that there are 14 minutes unaccounted for, the screen says "Wendy Jones' House." Her last name is Garner, her old last name was Clancy, and her fiance's last name is Laner; therefore, it makes absolutely no sense to have "Jones" on the screen.
Toward the end of the episode, the CSIs recover a video tape with fingerprints that leads them to the killer. However, in the opening, the killer is shown handling the video camera that contained the tape without gloves, so his or her fingerprints should have been all over it. The killer is shown tossing the camera away, and the CSIs recover it at the scene. They should have been able to get prints from the camera and identified the killer at the outset, or should have explained why usable prints couldn't be recovered.
Wendy's surname is Garner throughout the episode, however in the scene where Nick and Warrick are trying to figure out where Wendy was in the time she left her therapy session to the time she was pulled over by the cop for speeding, they identify her landmarks on the screen as "Wendy Jones."
