This was quite an episode. This was one of the most epic KND adventures for sure as well as one of the best "Star Wars" parodies I've ever seen.
It is a snow day today, and all the kids are having a lot of fun, except for Numbuh One, who is in bed sick. Meanwhile, the fourth grade class president James McGarfield is sore that he didn't get to have his assembly. He sends out his troops to capture every kid in the school and he has a machine helmet to turn Lizzie Devine into his girlfriend. Numbuh One is the only one left who can stop him.
With Jimmy's Darth Vader-esque clothing, the walking machines, the "use the soup" line (parodying "use the force"), and the sword battle using tall sticks (instead of lightsabers), this parodies "The Empire Strikes Back" in a very entertaining way. It is even better as an adult now knowing what it is a tribute to.
On top of that, the action scenes are very thrilling and large in scope. Jimmy is a great villain, and I loved that Lizzie's terrible cooking is what destroyed the boyfriend helmet.
The end where Jimmy's secretary Anna confesses her love for him was also nice.
This episode is another favorite of mine. With great action, great drama, and a great way of parodying "Star Wars," this is one I would definitely recommend.
RATING: A+
