When Lt Hanley uses the nun's sash to pull the hand truck closer to him to escape the booby trapped scale, he drops it on the floor at his feet when he begins moving the boxes. As he steps off the scale, the sash disappears/reappears between close ups and wide angle shots.
In the opening, a German puts a booby-trap under a helmet in the gutter, and an SS logo is visible on the side of the helmet that faces the camera. At the end of this opening scene, as Hanley reaches to pick up the helmet, and again after the opening credits, the helmet has been turned so that the SS logo is no longer visible.
When the French man is seen holding his dying son, reflected studio lights are obvious in the bill of his cap.
