A babysitting love triangle
JordanThomasHall7 March 2019
Eddie really likes his new teen babysitter Glori (Sherry Lynn Diamant) who recently moved into the building from New York. She enjoys babysitting him and sees a young friend. Eddie loves how they think alike and says he wants to marry her, unfazed after figuring up that she is eight years older than his seven-year-old self. He asks Glori to marry him but she reasons with him that 18 years would be too long to wait. Glori has eyes for Tom and instead proposes the idea of being his mother and forms a secret pact with an accepting Eddie about her desire. When Tom learns of Glori's feelings he tries to find ways to dissuade her.

There's nothing special in this episode for a well used plot concept- young person attracted to an adult. Eddie's comical final line before the tag scene makes it come together better in retrospect though. A light moral lesson: true romantic love only belongs to adults.
