When P. Thibadeaux goes up the luggage shoot to retrieve her Vuitton trunk, she pushes and shoves the suitcases and bags below it (in her way) down onto the carousel. The carousel is not moving at this time, so the bags would just go down and collect below her. However, when the trunk comes sliding down and crushes her, there is no sign of any other bag or suitcase. No one has approached the carousel, and it is still not moving. The cleared luggage has simply disappeared.
At the speed dating place, during the first guy's time, the shot switches back and forth and the straw in Daisy's water points to her right. Then, just before she checks the post it, even though nobody touches it the straw is suddenly, in one shot, pointed to the left. It happens again as Daisy lets the guy's finger go. It also happens during some of the other guys she meets.
Reggie is sitting at the table eating breakfast. She has a bowl of cereal, and an open jar of jam sits beside a plate of half-eaten toast and the lid of the jar. "Band is for losers," Reggie says. While she says this, the lid is somehow magically back on the jar. The angle changes, and once again the lid is beside the jar.
As Barfin, the efficiency expert, comes over to Delores' cubicle, as Delores and Georgia are talking, Delores starts to pick up the file folder in the wide shot as Barfin finishes his question. In the shot of Delores answering Barfin's question she has both hands on top of the file and picks it up again.
The guy who gets Rube's letter turns to go get it twice.
Daisy claims to have reaped one of the Andrews Sisters, but assuming reapers do not change divisions, this is unlikely. LaVerne and Maxene Andrews were deceased at the time the show ran, and they died from cancer and a heart attack, respectively.
(at around 1 min) When Mason finally manages to track down the bike messenger Herm you can see the string tied to the baby carriage that rolls in front of him as he rides away for about 20 seconds before the carriage starts moving.
Herm Soriano recognized Mason and acknowledged that he owed him money. As reapers assume after egos in the physical world and appear different, Herman would not have seen him as Mason.
When Rube retrieves the letter he'd sent his daughter, her name can be read as "Sophie Stofer," but Rube's last name in the series is Sofer.
