...Just not in those horses' saddles. Wow, angry animals scare me. I thought they were going to start bringing back the Stillson storyline in this one since they brought him up in the intro to the show. But they showed Purdey's money-losing ways and how it affects Johnny instead, and that is one of the story lines, so we are slowly getting back before the close of season three. Although this episode was another case of "You've got to do something before everyone dies," "I'm not listening to some lousy psychic," I don't really get sick of that theme that much, especially now that it doesn't happen in every episode like it did in the first season. They're mostly tapering off with that, which is smart because the more problems Johnny solves, the more he gets famous and people just take it as a given to trust the guy. Interesting concept, and it's nice to see Gene's old issues getting facetime again.
