'Repo Men' has that nice easy-going vibe that's characteristic of the earliest episodes, and that fits well with how this series started off. But it doesn't last very long, as the Duke boys get mixed up in a hot car scheme (which Boss has a hand in, 'natch), and run afoul of some counterfeiters from out of town. A lot goes down here, including a demolition derby with a cobbled-together wreck car (Dukes goes "Goldfinger"!), and our heroes very nearly end up in prison due to an aggressive push by a corrupt system. Roscoe's not all that likable here, despite an impassioned justification of his dirty tactics. But one good double-cross deserves another, and Jesse swoops in and straightens everything out. The good go free, the bad deal with it, and goodness still prevails in the end.
Well paced, and a good example of Bo and Luke getting in over their heads.
7/10
