- The Pharaoh, with minor assistance from Princess Cleopatra, steals a wooden pyramid from the famed Museum of the Seven Seas. When Electra Woman and Dyna Girl arrive at the Pharaoh's hideout, they walk into a trap. They are hit by a mummifying spray and fired on by a projector converted to shoot laser beams.—The TV Archaeologist
- Stashed away in a museum exhibit is the Pharaoh, who after disabling a guard with a strange green mist, summons his partner, the Princess Cleopatra. They steal a small wooden pyramid from the exhibit and make a hasty retreat. Shortly thereafter, Lori and Judy arrive on the scene, covering the exhibit for Newsmakers magazine when they spot the guard. The guard comes to and immediately realizes that the pyramid, the priceless pyramid of King Rameses II, is gone. He goes to report it, and Lori goes to report it to Frank at Crimescope. Using Crimescope, Frank deduces that only one person would be responsible... the Pharaoh. Lori and Judy race back to Crimescope.
Back at his hideout, the Pharaoh opens up the pyramid to get what he was after... a crystal that will give him unlimited power. While he does get the crystal, he discovers that the pyramid does not contain any instructions on how to use the crystal. Cleopatra suggests that they will have to return to the museum to find the instructions. The Pharaoh knows that by now Electra Woman and Dyna Girl are onto him and they will have to be dealt with. The Pharaoh knows that the stone in his headpiece will take care of them.
Meanwhile at Electra-Base, while waiting on information about the location of the Pharaoh, Frank shows the girls his new invention... the Electra-Strobe, which causes the user to speed up 10,000 times their normal speed. Crimescope picks up on a sighting of the Pharaoh at a movie theatre and the heroines are on their way.
Electra Woman and Dyna Girl arrive to find Cleopatra tied up at the front of the theater. They cautiously make their way to the front stage when Cleopatra runs off the stage. It was a trap, but before they can react, they are hit with the same green spray from earlier. Electra Woman and Dyna Girl are immobilized. The Pharaoh and Cleopatra gloat over the superheroines frozen by what they describe as a mummifying spray. Even though the effect doesn't last long, the Pharaoh believes it will be long enough, as he has outfitted the projector in the theater with his sacred red ruby. The projector will shoot laser beams at the frozen superheroines. As the laser beams begin, the girls come to, but they are still unable to move and their Electra-Comps aren't working.
Electra Woman realizes that even if their Electra-Comps aren't working, they can still use their reflective surfaces to deflect the laser beams back to the projector and disable it. After a couple of tries they succeed. Before leaving, they discover the wooden pyramid the Pharaoh had stolen earlier left behind and find that it is empty. They decide to take it back to Electrabase so that Frank can decipher the hieroglyphics on the pyramid.
Upon returning, Frank tells them that that the green spray, in effect, turned them temporarily into mummies. Also that the hieroglyphics revealed that whatever the Pharaoh took from the pyramid is not complete and must be used with another item at the museum in order to work. The heroines race back to the exhibit to confront the Pharaoh. When they arrive, the Pharaoh has already released an energy monster from the crystal called Solaris. He orders Solaris to attack, easily rendering both heroines unconscious.
