Bill thinks New York City is not the place to raise children so he decides to move the family to a house in the country.
An OK episode. It starts with Bill thinking about the kids while out on a date with yet another new woman. He can't get a cab in the rain. He also wants to get the kids away from the dirt, grime and traffic in the city. The kids don't want to go but think Uncle Bill would be happier if they make the move the house in Connecticut, so they pretend they are happy about it too.
