Laura is annoyed by Urkel's constant clumsiness and tells him to change. Steve does so by finding his "cool gene" which transforms him into Stefan. The hot and popular guy that every girl wants. But he just doesn't have the big heart Steve has so Laura asks him to go back to being Steve Urkel.
This was a pretty fun, story. It is amazing to see Steve as a cool guy. Crazy that the same person can look and act so differently, I don't know if I will ever able to see Urkel the same again!
Carl being an all happy self and then turning back into cranky was a very good moment as well.
And what kind of a party is that, that parents are present??? Never heard of people having such in high school
