A nice episode about rivalry
In one storyline Laura runs against Cassie for class president. Kim Valentine did much better than in the previous episode, no exaggerated acting but a good portrayal of the mean girl that doesn't want to lose her title and plays dirty. The pictures taken of Urkel and Laura were very funny and Steve had a great idea how to beat her.
The second story is about Harriet being elected for neighborhood watch and Carl being jealous since he is a cop. As usual it was great acting Reginald VelJohnson both when he is upset and also when he recognizes that Harriet is good at this job. Also the scene where Harriet shows him what she will do if a thug attacks her was hilarious
