While I would hesitate to call this my favorite episode of this fine show, it certainly was a solid entry, with some familiar faces, such as Anson Williams, Donna Pescow, Susan Lucci, and David Cassidy. Both stories were written very well, and while I won't go into too much detail about either of them, I'll add a few snippets if you allow me. I enjoyed Cassidy's portrayal as Jeremy Todd, who was grandfather to Williams' character, and the fantasy was to recover never published songs in the Tin Pan Alley days. I was also impressed with Pescow , although I'm not sure if she really sang or lip-synched the songs, but she was solid nonetheless. This has a sad ending in a way, as Mr. Roarke once again informs his guest that he cannot change the outcome which already happened.
The other segment has Lucci basically playing herself, but with a twist; she wishes to stop her alter ego from taking over her body in order to do evil things, like kill her husband. One creepy scene that stood out had evil Angela(Lucci)talking through the tv to Gina(Lucci again), as she woke up late at night in fear. I prefer the more sinister moments, and this story had a few of them.
