The title is a play on the name of a 1978 adult movie, "Debbie Does Dallas."
The Act 2, Scene 1 title card, "Someone's in the Kitchen with Daphne," is a reference to lines in the American folk song "I've Been Working on the Railroad." This song was first called "Levee Song" in the collection Carmina Princetonia, a book of Princeton University songs published in 1894. Near the end of the song, the lyrics read "Someone's in the kitchen with Dinah, strummin' on the old banjo!"
The party guests include a gay couple named Thad and Jeremy. Their names spoof those of 1960s pop music duo Chad and Jeremy.
This is the last episode in which Daphne's name appears in an episode title.
English Stilton cheese, mentioned in this episode, is often paired with port wine.
