Throw the Old Curve Ball
Hitchcoc22 October 2019
This is the first part of an episode leading up to Donny and Daphne's wedding. Her awful brother is back and mooching off everyone. I know this is a comedy, but a trip over the rail of the balcony would be welcome. Daphne is coming to her senses, but at the most inopportune moment, Niles has an announcement.

Great episode but...
twanster-976552 December 2019
This has all the usual comedy and laughs but Mel had just started to become likeable, especially after her talk with daphne when she declared she'd give anything to be the one niles opened up to... And donny was a great addition to the cast aswell.. Made no sense to introduce them both, only to treat them so cruelly. It did stain the niles and daphne love plot. If they'd done all this alot sooner then donny would have made a great regular addition. Unfortunately tho. Throuout the shows entire run, we are introduced to great characters only for the show to spit them back out. I hope if they do make a new frasier show, that they have settled him down to end the constant love fails.. Because with frasier to niles it did get repetitive. 2 men claiming to be losers in love, constantly dumping every super attractive woman after they've slept together.. It did ruin the imagine of them over the course of the show..

Lets go round again - and again!

Warning: Spoilers
Frasier is being shown on UK TV, on a seemingly endless loop, so I have watched these episodes many times. But I don't mind, there is something quite touching about Niles and Daphne finally getting together. I agree with the comments that the writers left it a little late to get them together. I also agree with the comments about Anthony Lapaglia's accent - it makes no sense what so ever. But I still find these episodes enjoyable, and I always watch them when they are on TV - again!

Accents
normanemailer29 July 2019
The normally witty and humorous Frasier episodes are spoilt by the ludicrous miscasting of the character Simon Moon, Daphne's brother. The Australian born Anthony LaPaglia who usually speaks with an American accent is doing a terrible and annoying Cockney accent. This is bad enough but Daphne comes from Manchester and speaks with a Mancunian accent. Daphne's mother, played grossly over the top, by the English accent Millicent Martin also has a London accent. She and LaPaglia grate on the ear.
