Niles has an opportunity to be accepted into an exclusive, snooty men's club. Frasier is jealous and with Roz's help, gets an invitation is well. They then compete for the one opening in the club. This leads to move and countermove on their parts with an astonishing ending. The two of them have a problem of not curbing their emotions and their mouths. Nicely done episode.

More consistent

One of the strengths of 'Frasier' was when the writers created episodes that pitted Frasier and Niles against each other, and this is one of the first examples of that.
It's not been an overly great second series of the show, but this is a better than average, and following 'Daphne's Room' provides a bit of consistency in quality which in my opinion has been lacking.
It tails off in the final few minutes, but on the whole this is a good, funny episode.
