Viewers see Richard Kimble standing line to obtain employment at a construction site]  Along an isolated stretch of farm land in northern Nebraska, a construction company builds the sleek asphalt ribbon of the new super highway. Workers are needed. Richard Kimble takes his turn in line with other nameless faces, seeking the job that will give him a new beginning, a new identity. But a super highway, even one as yet unfinished, can prove a dangerous road for a Fugitive.
