- Max's pal Sid is a woman chaser. He makes several comments to that effect. A gag involves max sitting on an unconscious woman, which at one point makes it seem as though her legs are attached to his body. Did makes a mildly inappropriate joke about Max's relationship with 99.

- Max gets in a scuffle with some kaos agents which ends with Sid knocking him out with the butt of his gun
- A woman is shot and wounded
- A few gags revolve around Sid nearly being injured or killed by over the top ridiculous gadgets and booby traps in Max's apartment
- A grenade is thrown through Max's window, which Sid comically tosses back
