This episode is a bit of jumble, mostly centered around a trap door and a screaming girl. They through a twist in at the end that felt half hearted.

Warning: Spoilers
This is the one I always seem to remember so fondly.
Script It's a good script, and some of the kids that were doing the acting had some good dialogue with one another. One of the children thing the place where they are doing the show, is haunted. It's a good scene, considering.
Horror
The horror is ok for a kids show. The colours of the dark effect is always perfect and creates some good Horror moments.
Episode itself ( overview )
The kids are going to do a show called the ' phantom of the auditorium', and the plot twist in the episode is really cool, but could of been better. All the kids go around viewing the place before they do the actual show. And the paint scene was ok, but a bit annoying because of the teacher.
The episode is a little cheesy but it is a kids show so yea I guess that's fine, and I hear that theres a new serial coming soon of Goosebumps. The episode itself has good pace and not too bad.
The Villain of the story
It is a good villain with memorable lines.
The acting
The acting is some of the best acting in the show. The kids did really well. I hadn't seen it in ages and still remembered this. That's probably down to the kids. I'm only 16 and I still like this show but who cares I guess. This episode is almost perfect because of the kids that did so well. They deserve to be in more stuff if I'm honest.
CGI
The CGI is ok for it's time I will admit, and how can the other reviewer give it a 6/10, its epic piece of TV.
I'd say this is the fifth best episode and yea because it's good quality 90s TV. The CGI can be iffy but it's too old to nick pick really. The CGI I'd say is a lot better then a lot of other episodes.
Hoped you liked reading this, hope it helps a lot!
