A spot remover that truly removes the spot
FlushingCaps5 February 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Lisa uses some cleaner her uncle sent her from Hungary to take out some grease stains in a sports coat of Oliver's. After she tells the new Mrs. Ziffel about it (the actress in season 6, Fran Ryan succeeded Barbara Pepper who played the role the first five seasons), she tells Fred about it as she takes a huge stain out of their carpet.

Before Doris removed the spot, was saw Fred and Arnold watching Fred's favorite soap opera, except with the audio warning about the explicit content, Fred sent "the boy" out of the room, then turned toward the TV and said, "OK, hit me with some of that raw passion." The spot remover again worked miraculously.

At Drucker's store, Sam is excited about receiving a package with his new expensive toupee, but goofball Hank Kimball wants to examine it closely and in wresting to yank it off Sam's head, knocks it into the pickle barrel, where Sam's brown wig turns a rather sickly-looking green.

Sam learns about the spot remover of Mrs. Douglas and goes over and after sheepishly explaining it to her, gets a portion given to him and his toupee is back to normal.

Before it's all over, the toupee returns to the pickle barrel a couple of times, a salesman has his suit stained at the Douglases on purpose by Lisa, who then learns she has no more cleaner available, but she later learns how to make it. She cleans his suit, but we conclude with knowledge that the formula has a "side effect" that doesn't come up until sometime after it cleans things, something that will prevent it from being a successful product.

This was a grand episode with all sorts of laughs, including from Eb who thinks some sort of hanky-panky is going on between the salesman and Lisa when he finds him in a robe in the bedroom. Hank repeatedly snatching Sam's expensive toupee and throwing it into the pickle barrel were also very good scenes. This one's a 9.
