"Get Me to Mecca on Time" opens with Jeannie feeling under the weather, her powers seemingly 'on the blink,' body parts vanishing and reappearing within seconds. Knowing that Jupiter and Mercury are together, Jeannie implores her master to join her in Mecca to recite a sacred incantation or risk her losing her magic powers and disappearing into limbo forever. With Roger employed to keep the busybody Dr. Bellows busy for a couple of hours, Tony and Jeannie arrive in Mecca, meeting jive talking con man Achmed (Jamie Farr), who makes off with a watch, and an Englishman (Foster Brooks) who tries to imitate Captain Nelson's movements. The problem is, the only place where Tony can recite the sacred words just happens to be inside the First National Bank of Mecca! After doing this favor for his best friend, Captain Healey would receive quite a shock in the next episode. Jamie Farr had been on television for several years, while Foster Brooks was just beginning.
