You don't gamble, you don't drink, you don't sing...

Warning: Spoilers
Curiously, most of Jeannie's other relatives seemed to be from the Middle East. All of a sudden, she has two English uncles, neither of which were ever seen or mentioned previously. In any case, it's upon these two uncles to "evaluate" Tony, and decide whether the marriage should be approved. The real fun starts when the uncles pose as, respectively, Dr Bellows and General Schaeffer. It's particularly funny when Hayden Rorke loses his "class," and we get a quite unsophisticated version of Dr Bellows. He pegs Tony as being too stuffy. Thus, the line in my heading. Overall, the episode is a lot of fun. It was good to see Ronald Long do something besides shout.

Two more drab uncles for Jeannie
kevinolzak30 November 2016
"Uncle a Go-Go" was the last interminable episode preceding the long awaited wedding between Major Nelson and his genie. Jeannie's uncles, Azmire (Ronald Long) and Vasmir (Arthur Malet), both claim the privilege of approving of the man she intends to marry. Major Nelson knows not that the two are secretly observing his every move, carefully orchestrated by Jeannie, who tries to appease the egos of the two disparate uncles. Meanwhile, Vasmir poses as Dr. Bellows to examine Tony at NASA, with Azmire disguised as General Schaeffer. The knowledge that Tony is a descendant of Admiral Horatio Nelson of Trafalgar scores points with Azmire. Dull as dishwater, despite double duty from Hayden Rorke and Vinton Hayworth. The wedding episode finally arrives next.
