John Vari is a prisoner who took a rap for Giorgio Tozzi and he's escaped looking
for payback. Only what he did to escape was volunteer for a medical treatment
program and then escape after he had been injected with plague germs.
Now dying he makes his way to NYC where he meets up with brother Joseph Hindy and passes on the vendetta. They're both Corsicans as is Tozzi and they make Sicilians look mild when it comes to vengeance.
Never mind the whole city is put in jeopardy. Telly Savalas and the squad are looking for the disease ridden Hindy and anyone else he's been in contact with and a young kid Guillermo San Juan who also had contact with Vari's corpse.
