- After agreeing to let June give away his old electric train set to neighbor Johnny Battson, Beaver decides to pretend the trains are broken and keep them for himself. But his sneaky plan doesn't account for big brother Wally falling under the spell of little Johnny's pretty, teenage sister.—shepherd1138
- Finding it in the basement, June has promised to give Beaver's old electric train set, which he hasn't played with in two years and which he has probably outgrown, to eight-year old Jimmy Battson. After thinking about it, Beaver does agree that the train set is kid stuff and that Jimmy Battson can have it. But once he gets the train set out to clean it in preparation to give to the Battsons, Beaver, with Gilbert, thinks that they aren't too old to play with the train set after all and that it still has a few good years of "Beaver and Gilbert" use left in it. Beaver wants Wally to be the protector of the train set if the Battsons come for it, at least until Beaver can tell his parents he still wants to keep it. Wally agrees. Beaver's plan hits a snag when it is Georgia Battson, the Battson's pretty teen-aged daughter, who comes over for the train set. Wally can't refuse a pretty girl and stories from her of a pleading boy at home. Beaver is angry at Wally for giving away the train set, all just because of a girl. Will Beaver ever forgive his brother for this betrayal of what Beaver originally considered a kid's toy?—Huggo
