Dr. Lu estimated the Lexx's length as between 5,000 and 6,000 millimeters (approximately 16 to 20 feet). Given the sizes of Kai and Xev relative to native Earthlings (e.g., reasonably similar), this would seem to be incongruous with the known interior of the Lexx, which includes many different rooms, including one where Moths are built. This does presume that the Lexx is not "bigger on the inside."
When Stanley asks the Lexx to count the planets in Earth's solar system, he concludes "eight... maybe nine." As of the airing of this episode (in 2001), Pluto was still considered a planet. It was always considered the odd object out, and its planetary status was questioned when it was found to be much smaller than expected. These doubts increased following the discovery of additional objects in the Kuiper belt starting in the 1990s, and particularly the more massive scattered disk object Eris in 2005. In 2006, the International Astronomical Union (IAU) formally redefined the term planet to exclude dwarf planets such as Pluto. Given Stanley had the Lexx blow up Pluto five years prior, he succeeded in returning the solar system to eight planets five years before the real-life IAU.
