Aggie Isn't A Fainting Woman
hogwrassler14 April 2021
Crooked lawyer Henry Stacy wants to buy Tom Tabor's ranch but Tom won't sell. Stacy knows the railroad will be going through the ranch and he is willing to do anything to get it, even forgery and murder. Stacy has his henchman Corson ambush Tom, who is seriously wounded. Meanwhile the Ranger and Tonto meet Tom's sister Aggie when they stop her runaway stagecoach. Aggie and the driver mistake our heroes for outlaws at first and Aggie pretends to faint as a distraction. Later, The Ranger and Tonto find the badly wounded Tom and take him to a nearby ranch owned by a doctor. Stacy has forged the deed to Tom's ranch so that he can claim it. But then he finds out Tom is still alive. Now he and Corson have to finish off Tom before he can regain consciousness. It's a dangerous situation. Maybe Aggie will have to faint again. Glenn Strange is back playing another non-Butch Cavendish role as Aggie's stagecoach driver. Ray Teal is Tom. He would later be Sheriff Roy Coffee on Bonanza for many years. And Stacy Keach Sr plays lawyer Stacy. A good episode.
