- Jefferson D'Arcy: [experiencing a sympathetic pregnancy] My feel are all swollen; they're big as tubs! I just wanna cry... I'm so happy!
- Peggy Bundy: [to Marcy] God, he's good at this!
- Marcy D'Arcy: Tell me about it. He felt his baby kick before I did.
- [Jefferson tearfully, but with a smile, agrees]
- Marcy D'Arcy: Is Al feeling anything?
- Peggy Bundy: Well, just the pride any man would feel who has to ask his son for an allowance.
- Jefferson D'Arcy: My uterus hurts.
- Peggy Bundy: Wow, he *is* good at this.
- Peggy Bundy: [annoyed that Al isn't having a sympathetic pregnancy] Al!
- Al Bundy: [looking at Buck] What, boy?
- Peggy Bundy: It's me, you milk dud! Now look, I wanna know right this minute why your feet aren't swollen and you never complain about your breasts?
- Kelly Bundy: Yeah, Daddy! Why?
- Al Bundy: Well, Peg, if you don't have them they can't hurt.
- [turning to Marcy]
- Al Bundy: Tell 'em, Marcy.
- [a disgusted Kelly and Bud look at the pregnant Peggy eating 'Tabaki and Clam' ice cream]
- Peggy Bundy: This isn't for me. It's for the baby.
- Kelly Bundy: What are you carrying in there? A chain-smoking otter?
- Peggy Bundy: [rubbing her pregnant belly] Do we have the munchies? Well, how does a nice salami, goat cheese, peanut butter and crayfish sandwich sound?
- [digs through the refrigerator]
- Peggy Bundy: Well, looky here!
- [brings it to the table]
- Peggy Bundy: Look out below!
- [starts to eat]
- Peggy Bundy: Something's missing.
- Bud Bundy: [Kelly arrives with some ice cream] Here's your ice cream, Mom. Tabaki and clam.
- Peggy Bundy: That's the missing ingredient!
- Peggy Bundy: Al, I'm bored. Rub my feet.
- Al Bundy: Peg, I wouldn't rub your feet even if a genie popped out of 'em.
