Great episodes seem to be few and far between in the later seasons of MWC, but when they do get the formula right, such as in this one, it's very funny indeed.
Kelly has a job working on a commercial for Romantic Roast coffee. When her co-star is fired for having a squeaky voice (his previous job was as the voice of Lex the friendly dolpin on Baywatch), Jefferson steps in. The success of the ad leads to more commercials, but neither Al nor Marcy are happy when they learn that Kelly and Jefferson must share a screen kiss...
There are so many funny moments in Kiss of the Coffee Woman that it's almost non-stop hilarity, with Al getting most of the best gags: his list of ten things that would make Marcy more attractive is great (Beak Job always makes me giggle), while his comment that 'my feet aren't a Chinese delicacy' must rank as one of his best Marcy put-downs. That said, Marcy shouting 'Quiet on the set' when she realises that Jefferson will be paid big money for his next ad is also extremely funny.
Also, Kelly in that Oriental-style outfit is fire, cultural appropriation be damned.
N. B. Stay watching for the end credits scene.
