For Steve and Marcy Rhoades, Valentine's Day is their wedding anniversary. It's their first and the tradition is paper. Since paper is not so exciting, Steve gets two plane tickets for a trip to Hawaii. For Al and Peggy, his gift is sex but Peggy wants something different this year. She wants him to tell her that he loves her. Peggy also helps Marcy get the perfect Valentine's Day present for Steve by jumping naked out of a cake. Kelly has her usual dates while Bud gets an unexpected surprise when a girl named April May June sends him a Valentine. This was a cute episode to watch Bud get interested in girls and see the relationship dynamics between Al and Steven, Peggy and Marcy.

Al loves Peggy.

Love is in the air: it's Valentine's Day and Kelly is inundated with cards from admirers, Peggy only wants to hear her husband say 'I love you', Bud gets a card from a mysterious girl named April May June (but thinks it might be Kelly playing a joke on him), and Marcy plans to jump out of a cake naked for Steve.
I enjoyed 'Peggy Loves Al - Yeah, Yeah, Yeah' a lot, and not just because of Christina Applegate in her figure-hugging Valentine's outfit and that red dress: it's got some great gags and it's nice to see Al telling Peggy that he loves her, even if it makes his stomach turn to do so, and he only did so after a live viewer call-in decided that he should.
