Al is put in a car pool and he isn't happy about it, at least until he learns that he will be sharing a ride with Victoria's Secret lingerie models: Alexis, Monique and Paulina (oh my!). However, the three women he shares the car with turn out to be 'fuller figured' models for the Victoria's Big Secret range ie., they're fat.
At first Al is repulsed, but when he and the ladies are asked to feature in an advertising campaign for a greener Chicago, and the money comes rolling in, Al becomes friends with the overweight trio.
Al with three fat ladies: that's a sure-fire recipe for fun, and the laughs are in plentiful supply ("They're not fat... they just eat way way too much.", "But on the good side, at least they'll get me out of here before I turn into a diamond!").
In the end, Al has to choose between his new career as environmental poster boy or Kelly, who could lose her job if he pickets outside a chemical plant. He chooses Kelly.
