  Sgt. Edward Toomey : I mean, he doesn't come on, like, bad.

  Sam McCloud : Well, that's what I've been trying to get at. He, uh... I dunno, he's kinda, uh uh, charming.

  Sgt. Edward Toomey : Charming.
