John Beresford Tipton : The ballot system of voting is part of our American way of life, and political machines spring into being in an attempt to control the ballot. Sometimes, to fight a political machine was seen as foolhardy as David fighting Goliath.
[Anthony returns the ballot to the desk. Tipton hands an envelope to Anthony]
John Beresford Tipton : I want you to give this to a modern David. Let's see how he would use a million dollars.
