• Mister Ed : [Trying to help Ed get over his hydrophobia - fear of water - Wilbur is down by the docks, with Ed, trying to get Ed to get on the boat, but, no matter how hard Wilbur pulls, Ed refuses to even walk down the plank to board the boat]  No, Wilbur, I don't go on the boat. I'm too young to die!

• Mister Ed : [Finally, Ed agrees to walk down the plank, and, after he does, he looks into the water]  W-w-what's that?

• Wilbur Post : [WIlbur's still trying to convince Ed to at least get on the boat]  Ed, will you stop being ridiculous. Look; I rented that boat to prove a point. The eleast you can do is try it!

  Mister Ed : How much water is under that boat, Wilbur?

  Wilbur Post : Oh, about 12 feet.

  Mister Ed : And how tall am I?

  Wilbur Post : 6 feet.

  Mister Ed : [Ed shouts]  Help! Horse overboard!

• Wilbur Post : [Ed convinces Wilbur to board the boat first - which he does. Ed then tells Wilburr to walk to the far - starbord - side of the boat. Which, again, Wilbur does. With wilbur on the starboard-side, Ed unties the boat]  Ed, Ed, we're drifting! Do something!

  Mister Ed : I am! I'm going home!

  [Ed walk up the plank, and onto shore, leaving Wilbur adrift]
