We open with flashbacks from Season 4's "Shockwave" episode where Julie wanted to adopt the abandoned baby girl (that looked more like a boy).
After a rainy night car accident has comatose Julie taken into the home of a doctor and his very pregnant wife, she awakens in a nursery. The circumstances have her conveniently left alone in the house just as the pregnant woman's ex escapes from a mental hospital and shows up to kill her.
The plot of this one is so convoluted and I can't stand watching Richard Dreyfuss "emote" so I have to say this is the worst episode of the final season. The only good part was the weird scene where Dreyfuss' character hallucinates a baby in the crib -- then proceeds to smash it to pieces.
