To have Martin Balsam star in an episode of 'The Naked City' is a real treat. It doesn't hurt that Paul Burke gets a nice story for some added shine. Throw in a bunch of well-defined character actors, and BOOM! We've now got an enjoyable episode of one of TV's greatest shows.
