Val tells Fran that most serial killers have three names and lists 'John Wayne Gacy' and 'Richard Allen Speck'. Richard Speck's middle name was Franklin. Also, Speck was not a serial killer; all of his murders occurred in a single event, making him a mass murderer, NOT a serial killer, the distinction between the two classifications requires that serial killers' crimes must occur in separate locations and at different times.
Niles presents Fran with his white jacket which had evidently been pressed against her face, because her makeup was all over it. But when she went in his wardrobe carousel, there were no white jackets, and she had been hanging inside a black one.
During the B&W sequence, both Shaughnessy and Drescher attempt a Mid-Atlantic speech pattern---reminiscent of '40s movies---but neither quite succeeds in recreating that, which has been erroneously dubbed an "accent".
