And men apparently dressed as Queen Victoria! This episode gives a New York location with the Astor Place 6 train stop used as part of the opening setup that has Fran getting her hands on a baby and the Russian mother reporting her for kidnapping. The presence of a baby at the Sheffield home gives the setting for Niles and one of his great non-verbal facial contortions as Fran asks if they have any old nipples just as C.C. walks in. The Russian woman is obviously at fault, far more concerned with her sausage and bread (stuffing her face continuously even as she looks in on the clothes train door) and somehow friend becomes the villain. The scene at the police station involving a conversation about "The Young and the Restless" is very funny for those who know the history of the show, mixing characters from the first generation and the current characters. This has some of the most single sustained last in the show's history, and that makes it classic of the series.
