When Ryan's brother, Trey, gets out of jail and gives Ryan a call, the Cohens give him a warm welcome. Though, Ryan knows nothing good can come from it. Zach returns from his Italy trip and gives some news leaving Summer curious and Seth ... not really sure what to think. Meanwhile, after Julie admits her naked mistake to Kirsten, they both agree to get Caleb in on it for more help. Newport Living is officially launched.

This episode starts with a peaceful Cohen family dinner, until Trey calls. Seth believes he can skip school and go with Sandy and Ryan at the prison to pick up Trey.

The image at the ending, with the "Cohen-Atwood and girlfriends" family dinner, seemed like the cutest scene in the entire episode. Ryan was trowing food at Seth, and he was jumping towards it.

Also, there was this cute scene between Ryan and Marissa at the store, while Trey as checking on some clothes.

Trey is out of jail and calls Ryan to pick him up. Sandy suggests Trey stays with them for a few days while looking for a place. Ryan suspects Trey of stealing and he goes away after showing the proof that he didn't. Ryan goes to pick him up again. Zach is back from Italy. And after Caleb cheats on paying the briber he shows Julie's video in the middle of the event.

I really liked the episode. I liked how it went with Trey. I was sure they will make him the bad guy that never changes. So having Ryan understand that he is prejudiced to his brother who might have going a better way was awesome. Of course they may still change it in the next few episodes, but at this point it was greatly done..

Also the story about Caleb and the video was pretty awesome, especially how it ended up.

The only thing I found stupid was how Zach's mom told it all to Summer. Who in their right mind would tell this things to the ex of a relative or a friend???
