Professor Horatio Hypnotist is performing at the USO Camp Show at Fort Baxter and he has Sgt. Ridzik (Joe E. Ross) under his spell on stage. He has him crow list a rooster. Bilko gets on stage, gets hypnotized himself (after claiming it couldn't happen) and admits in front of Colonel Hall was a scoundrel and liar he was.
The next scene has Ernie reading "Hypnotism Self Taught." (He obviously was impressed.) He makes a bet he can hypnotize Ridzik, and tells him he is hopelessly in love with the Colonel Hall's wife. Rupert doesn't fall for it and Bilko, astonishingly loses! However, Doberman, standing nearby, is hypnotized and HE now thinks he is in love with the colonel's wife.
This episode is filled with tremendously funny lines, uttered by a number of people and some the situations are absolutely outrageous. One of them is the appearance of "Susie Stacked," played by a voluptuous Julie Newmar. The look on Colonel Hall's face when he sees her in a short mini-type skirt is priceless.
