A Moroccan prince is looking for a magic lamp (no, not the one with the Jinn inside) which will show him the truth about who is his friend and who is his enemy. Sydney would rather not help as this will become a political matter in her opinion, when the prince might test the loyalty of royal advisers and so on. Therefore, the prince employs the nasty treasure hunter Frank (Ralf "Conan" Moeller) instead who has unfinished business with Sydney Fox: he lost his hand by her and now wears a pirate style hook instead.
Great story, great actors (the bodyguard of the prince must be mentioned here) and beside the suspense, you get a philosophical message, too: a magic item cannot replace human instincts! The best scene is when Syd and the bodyguard question a friend of Frank for his whereabouts, while Nigel is chasing a monkey in the background who snatched his glasses. The contrast between the rough interrogation and the slapstick comedy is brilliant.
