Kept waiting for something funny to happen.

In this episode, the Mayor has been dogged by a rival in a campaign ad and now the administration is going to hit back. Mike hires a British advertising director, Trevor Wolfe, to make a commercial in response to the negative ad's by his opponent. But we find out that Mr Wolfe was once married to Caitlin Moore which is going to make the working environment difficult.

There is also two other stories going, one involves Paul having a skin rash after eating dog food. He covers the area up with make-up and all of the sudden he is a expert when it comes to foundation and expression of the face with cosmetics.-- Stuart puts a thought into James's head when he tells about a dream he has and Stuart calls it a gay dream. Now, James believes that his dreams is an indication that he is gay. He comes out only to find that his dreams may have been influenced by Stuart.

This is an episode that really caused very little interest. One kept waiting for something hilarious to happen, only to be disappointed in the end. When the most amusing part of the show is an advertisement that has no substance, then you know the show was a disappointment. This episode just was not that funny.
