Sloane states that Dr. Bashir hid his genetically-enhanced nature for over 30 years. His enhancements happened when he was about to turn 7 and were discovered when he was roughly 32, a period of 25 years, not "over 30."
When Bashir is in his quarters, his pen falls to the floor and rolls under a sofa. Even watching the pen at normal speed, it is seen to be a CGI pen, not a real one. It fades away just before going under the sofa.
When Major Kira, Bashir, and Worf beam off the Cardassian ship, the shimmering transporter effect can also be seen along the sides of the frame. This would be hidden by the television frame in its initial SD broadcast version but is visible when the 4:3 footage is viewed on a modern widescreen set.
Sloan says that Bashir will spend the rest of the war in prison unless he signs a statement confessing that he's a traitor. If he confesses to treason, he'd go to prison.
Part of the evidence against Bashir is that, while prisoner in the Jem'Hadar camp, he claims to have been locked in solitary confinement for 5 days while, according to Sloan, General Martok stated it was 7 days. As Sloan is fabricating this information in order to try to crack Bashir, the matter could easily be resolved if someone on Bashir's side, like Captain Sisko, simply asked Martok to confirm his recollection of events.
