The cargo ship on Revanna is surrounded by mud, yet there are no muddy tracks visible when the repair crew enters the ship.
It is stated that the asteroid is 137 kilometers long, and we see that it is quite close to Earth before it is diverted, yet no one on Earth seems to notice its approach.
If the atmosphere had been removed from the inside of the cargo ship, then the observer would not hear the "clicking" of the footsteps of O'Neill and Teal'c. There is no air to carry the sound waves. They should have walked in absolute silence.
However, the 'observer' (viewer) is seeing and hearing things from O'Neill's and Teal'c's point of view. The sounds of their footsteps could be conducted through their suits and the air within them. Any real observer present would also be wearing an EVA suit and would hear the sounds in the same way.
The rock that hit the nuclear device is removed by Jack O'Neill so easily that it is clear that it weighs almost nothing. Therefore it would not have caused damage to the keypad.
The unit being used at about 9 minutes in to repair the hyperdrive engines is a Hewlett Packard 3780A Pattern Generator normally used to service computers and computer monitors. It would not be very useful to fix the engines in a spaceship.
There is no reason Col. O'Neill and Daniel Jackson need to be on the repair mission. Any other SG team could provide support.
