When SG-1 is thrown from the Stargate onto Cimmeria, there is no F.R.E.D. (Field Remote Expeditionary Device) visible. However, in the next shot, the F.R.E.D. can be seen on the left of the screen.
The first time Unas is shot and collapses you can see the actor still moving and breathing. However, it quickly becomes clear that the Unas is not dead and his Goa'uld symbiote is healing him.
At the end, when SG-1 leave the planet, surely the transporter/ identifier beam would pick up on Teal'c again. However, it makes sense for it to be only activated by an incoming wormhole as this would deal with all arriving Goa'uld and make additional scanning unnecessary.
When SG-1 is getting ready to depart at the beginning of the episode, a F.R.E.D. is seen on the ramp in front of the Stargate while it is dialing. Because of the actual process of establishing a stable wormhole to another gate, an unstable vortex is first formed and "shoots" from the gate for a second. This F.R.E.D. would have been vaporized by the unstable wormhole as other people/equipment have been lost to this as well.
