This story sounds a little familiar to me. I thought a little about THE MECHANIC, a hired professional killer paid to get rid of a target who seems to be the man who taught him everything in the business. His mentor. Brian Keith is excellent as the "student" facing this dilemma. But after all, is it a dilemma? Good topic if told in the right way and it is. It is not an action packed story either but a good progressive suspense that grabs you till the climax. In this tale no one can foresee what will happen. That's its main strength. But that's not JOHNNY COOL, for a near similar or cousin topic.
