Inspired from actual events, this is an interesting tale which permits the audience to hear about this story, very modern for its time, because it was made in 1952, the very same period of the tale. And you have noticed that may stories from this series take place in other eras, most of them in costume. There is of course here some kind of anti red stuff, a scheme of defector and non spoken Iron Curtain, though the Berlin Wall was not built yet. Once more, it's a shame that this unbearable music score wipe your nerves out and may turn you off from the main story interest. Expected ending.
